Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. I want to clarify that in this transaction, I represented the buyer, not the seller. My professional responsibility is always to advocate for my clients’ best interests, which includes ensuring they make informed decisions after a full inspection and review of the property. In this case, the inspection revealed significant concerns that my clients were not comfortable taking on. While the seller is never obligated to make repairs, my buyers were likewise not obligated to proceed with a purchase that did not meet their needs or budget. After careful consideration, they decided it was in their best interest to move on. I take pride in approaching every transaction with professionalism, clear communication, and a focus on protecting my clients. While I understand that buying and selling a home can be an emotional process, my priority will always be to ensure the people I represent feel supported, protected, and confident in their decisions.
